Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. Every session is designed to be flexible, and we can customize any package to fit your specific team, school, or event. Whether you need more coverage time, additional edited images, banner designs, or expanded travel, we’ll start with the closest package and tailor the details so you only pay for what you actually need.
How far in advance should we book?
For most sessions, booking 3–4 weeks in advance is ideal so we can lock in your preferred date and game time. For media days, tournaments, and busy seasons (fall and spring sports), I recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks ahead whenever possible. If you’re working on a tighter timeline, still get in touch—if I have an opening, I’ll always do my best to fit you in.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session, but most galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Game day and youth sports coverage typically land on the faster side of that range, while larger media days and tournaments can take a bit longer due to the volume of images. If you need photos urgently for a deadline, rush delivery is available as an add-on so you can get your favorites even sooner.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes. In addition to digital galleries, I offer professional-quality prints, wall art, and custom-designed albums so you can enjoy your favorite images off-screen. From single standout prints to full season highlight albums, we’ll walk through size, finish, and layout options to create pieces that fit your home, office, or school. If you have something specific in mind—like senior books, team yearbooks, or display pieces for your facilities—I can put together a custom product quote.
